Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MIS Analyst to manage operational data, prepare reports, and provide accurate insights to support BPO operations and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track operational KPIs such as AHT, Productivity, SLA, Attendance, Shrinkage, and Service Level.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.
Share timely performance reports with Team Leaders, Managers, and Management.
Identify data trends, gaps, and discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting as per business requirements.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in MIS/Reporting, preferably in BPO/Call Centre operations.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, charts, dashboards).
Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
