We are looking for an experienced and organized Onboarding Specialist to manage and streamline the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees. The ideal candidate should have robust coordination and communication skills, hands-on experience managing onboarding for a workforce of 500 employees, and a positive understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including joining formalities, documentation, employee introductions, and induction.
Handle Post Offer Connect with selected candidates to maintain engagement and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.
Plan and coordinate onboarding programs, induction sessions, and training for new hires.
Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin, and other departments to ensure timely system access, IT setup, and other joining requirements.
Conduct onboarding meetings and presentations to familiarize current employees with company culture, policies, procedures, and organizational goals.
Monitor new hires throughout the onboarding period and address their queries or concerns.
Maintain and update onboarding documents, checklists, templates, and training materials as per current policies and procedures.




Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and Gratuity.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in Employee Onboarding / HR Operations.
Experience handling onboarding for 300 employees is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in Post Offer Connect and candidate engagement.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee onboarding processes.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance (PF, ESI & Gratuity).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities and stakeholders effectively.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Pay: Up to ₹41,000.00 per month
