Eduwer is looking for an organized and proactive Online Teacher Recruitment Specialist from Calicut to support our online education operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and screen qualified online teachers.
Maintain and regularly update the teacher database.
Match teachers with student requirements.
Coordinate teacher schedules, classes, and replacements.
Coordinate with students, parents, and teachers.
Manage trial classes and follow-ups.
Support day-to-day academic and administrative activities.

Requirements:
Positive English communication and coordination skills.
Experience in teacher recruitment, HR, education, or academic coordination preferred.
Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Solid follow-up and organizational skills.
Experience with online teacher recruitment is an advantage.
