Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel.
Monitor production output to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet production schedules and minimize downtime.
Enforce safety, cleanliness, and hygiene protocols across the production floor.
Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Train and mentor production workers to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
Identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure inventory of raw materials and packaging materials is adequate for production.

Pay: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month
