Solid experience in fashion or luxury retail, preferably with sarees or ethnic wear, and proven ability to manage a department or team.
Skills in sales supervision and performance monitoring, including setting targets, tracking metrics, and driving revenue growth.
Customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to provide personalized styling assistance and handle escalations professionally.
Inventory management and visual merchandising skills, including stock planning, replenishment, and maintaining appealing displays.
Team leadership and people management skills, such as coaching, scheduling, and fostering a team-oriented work setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
