Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff and optometrists.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.
Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
Prepare sales reports and store performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and store audits.
Coordinate with the area manager for promotions and business growth.

Required Qualifications
Candidates with Optometry background may also be preferred.

Experience




3–6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in optical or eyewear retail.
Candidate Eligibility Overall Experience: Minimum 4 years in Retail Relevant Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Team Leader/Managerial role
Candidates with experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Department Manager, Floor Manager, Assistant Floor Manager, or Restaurant General Manager can be considered
. CTC Range: ₹3 LPA to ₹10 LPA
Age Limit: Up to 38 year

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
