About the Role:

I Bags is looking for an energetic and responsible Retail Showroom Manager to manage day-to-day showroom operations and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.
Handle customers, sales, complaints and escalations.
Lead, train and monitor showroom staff.
Manage inventory, stock displays and stock accuracy.
Handle billing, cash/UPI reconciliation and daily reports.
Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness and presentation.
Monitor staff attendance, performance and productivity.
Support promotions, offers and customer retention activities.

Requirements:
2–5 years of retail/showroom experience preferred.




Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Leadership and team-management ability.
Basic knowledge of billing, inventory and Excel.
Experience in bags, luggage, footwear, fashion or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
Tamil & English communication preferred.

A proactive individual who can take ownership of showroom operations, lead a team and drive sales with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
