Achieve store sales targets and drive overall business growth.
Manage and lead the store team, including Sales Associates and Optometrists.
Set individual targets and monitor daily/weekly/monthly team performance.
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
Train, coach and motivate employees to improve productivity and sales.
Manage daily store operations and ensure company SOPs are followed.
Monitor inventory and stock, including stock availability, movement and regular stock checks.
Manage billing, cash handling and POS operations and ensure accurate reconciliation.
Ensure optometry and product-quality standards are maintained as per company guidelines.
Maintain store presentation,



discipline and compliance while reporting store performance and operational issues to the management.
Candidate Eligibility Overall Experience: Minimum 4 years in Retail Relevant Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Team Leader/Managerial role
Candidates with experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Department Manager, Floor Manager, Assistant Floor Manager, or Restaurant General Manager can be considered.
CTC Range: ₹3 LPA to ₹10 LPA
Age Limit: Up to 38 years

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
