nWe are looking for a responsible and pet-loving Receptionist & Customer Experience Executive to manage our pet store operations in Vennala, Kochi.

nKey Responsibilities

n

Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
n
Handle appointment bookings and billing (POS system)
n
Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
n
Maintain store cleanliness and front desk organization
n
Assist in managing inventory and stock display
n
Coordinate with grooming staff for smooth daily operations
n
Drive the pet pickup & drop van when required
n
Ensure pets are handled safely and comfortably

nRequirements

Comfortable handling dogs and cats
n
Good communication skills (Malayalam, English and basic Hindi)
n
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
n
Basic computer knowledge
n
Valid driving license (LMV)
