We are looking for an organised and people-oriented Recruiter / Resource Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and candidate coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment pipeline in ERP/HRMS.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Coordinate offer documentation and onboarding activities.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and MIS.
Handle candidate communication through phone, email and WhatsApp professionally.
Required Skills:
Positive communication skills in English and Tamil.
Strong coordination, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring requirements.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Preferred: Experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS/HRMS, bulk hiring or recruitment coordination.
Career Growth: Prospect to grow into HR Executive and HR Manager roles.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
