Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Design secure, reliable and effective database programs to ensure that data processing production systems meet user needs • PL/SQL and SQL Tuning and Optimization of newly developed and existing applications • Provide data analysis and validation • Leverage Oracle 10g/11g features to their fullest on a large-scale system. • Identification of performance issues on production and testing systems. • Interact with internal and external clients to understand requirements, explain issues and prioritize work. • Involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle and demonstrate abilities to learn both the business processes as well as new and existing pl/sql technologies • Lead and mentor junior developers,



providing technical guidance and code reviews • Collaborate with architects and senior management to design scalable database solutions • Drive best practices in database development, performance optimization, and data governance Requirements • Basic knowledge of Oracle database architecture • Advanced database development experience (Oracle SQL/PLSQL) • Knowledge of software development • Solid SQL development, SQL analytics and tuning skills • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • An ability to understand front-end users' requirements and a problem-solving attitude • Robust communications skills (both verbal & written) Location – Smartcity, Kochi Experience – 3+ years
