Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly

sales targets.
Generate business for the organization through sales, client acquisition, and

successful deal closures.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, site

visits, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business

objectives.
Monitor team performance, productivity, sales pipeline, and conversion ratios.
Manage P&L; and profitability for the assigned business/project.
Monitor sales revenue, collections, targets, and overall business performance.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers,

and stakeholders.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching, training, and performance

guidance.
Ensure timely follow-up and effective utilization of company-generated and selfgenerated

leads.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for

management.




Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business

opportunities.
Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets while maintaining

profitability. Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with teamhandling

experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.
Robust experience in team management, sales strategy, and P&L;

management.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Robust understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
Target-oriented with strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.
