We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Skilled to join our growing Plush Toy Manufacturing Unit. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales and business development experience, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate new leads and acquire clients, retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in relevant markets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
Coordinate with Design and Production teams for customized product requirements.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and maintain the sales pipeline.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and regular updates on business development activities.

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.
Experience in toy, plush toy, soft toy, gifting, retail, or manufacturing will be an advantage.
Solid client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Strong follow-up and order-closing skills.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach to business development.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting/MIS.
