Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Consultant to join our luxury automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and representing the brand's premium values and standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and corporate clients.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives tailored to customer requirements.

Customer Relationship Management
Deliver a personalized and premium customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.




5–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in luxury automotive, premium retail, hospitality, or high-value consumer products.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience dealing with affluent customers and relationship-based selling.

Required Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Robust customer relationship management capabilities.
High level of professionalism and business etiquette.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valid driving license and confidence in conducting vehicle demonstrations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
