We are looking for an experienced

Head Chef / Sous Chef to lead our vegetarian kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily kitchen operations and team Ensure food quality, hygiene, consistency & presentation Handle inventory, food cost and kitchen checklists Train and supervise kitchen staff Maintain SOPs and ensure smooth service Support menu planning and recent dish development

Requirements: 5 years of experience in a similar role Solid experience in vegetarian café/restaurant operations* Good knowledge of kitchen management, inventory & food costing Leadership and team-management skills Candidates with café/speciality coffee experience preferred

Location: Bandra, Mumbai Position:* Head Chef / Sous Chef

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
