Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Supervisor(Textile) to manage day-to-day showroom activities, supervise the sales team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide the textile sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customers and support the team in providing excellent customer service.
Ensure proper display, arrangement, and presentation of textile products.
Monitor stock availability, stock movement, replenishment, and slow-moving products.
Assist customers with product selection and provide information about fabrics, designs, and pricing.
Handle customer queries, complaints, exchanges, and returns.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and daily activities.
Coordinate with the Store Manager for smooth showroom operations.




Support promotional and marketing activities to increase store sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and showroom standards.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Textile / Fashion Retail.
Retail showroom experience is mandatory.
Previous experience as a Textile Supervisor, Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Executive, or similar role preferred.
Solid knowledge of textile products, fabrics, and retail sales.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Target-oriented with solid sales and problem-solving skills.
Telugu and English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
