Store Manager – Retail
Experience: 3–6 Years | Job Type: Full time
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and achieve sales & customer service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales, conversion, ATV & store KPIs.
Lead, train and motivate the store team.
Manage customer experience, complaints & follow-ups.
Monitor inventory and control shrinkage.
Ensure store operations and company standards are maintained.
Prepare performance reports and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements:
3–6 years of retail/store management experience.
Solid leadership, sales and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Graduate Mandatory
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
