Team Leader – Healthcare Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Healthcare Recruitment to manage end-to-end US Healthcare recruitment and lead a team of recruiters. The role requires strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing, recruitment operations, client requirements, and team performance management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of US Healthcare Recruiters to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Handle requirements for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, compensation, and client requirements.
Coordinate with clients, Account Managers, and internal teams for submissions, interviews, and closures.
Track team performance,



including submissions, interviews, placements, closures, and TAT.
Conduct regular team meetings, provide coaching, and address performance gaps.
Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and adherence to client-specific processes.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and share pipeline updates with management.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment with team-handling experience.
Strong understanding of US Healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
Experience with VMS/MSP, direct clients, ATS/CRM, job portals, and LinkedIn.
Solid communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a US shift setting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
