Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls: Call potential clients from a provided list to pitch products or services.
Inbound Calls: Answer incoming questions from customers and offer helpful solutions.
Lead Generation: Ask questions to find out what the customer needs and qualify recent sales leads.
Data Management: Record all call outcomes and update customer details in the Razorpay CRM system.
Target Achievement: Reach daily and monthly goals for calls, sales, or appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Explicit speaking voice and solid listening skills.
Computer Literacy: Basic skills in Word, Excel, and CRM software.
Resilience: Ability to stay calm and handle rejection politely.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
