Role & responsibilities
Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, applications, Docker, Git & CI/CD.
Handle application deployments and support, preferably PHP/Laravel applications.
Monitor infrastructure, applications, backups, logs, and system health.
Troubleshoot server, application, network, DNS, VPN and connectivity issues.
Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, permissions and identity/access requirements.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning/revocation, password and account-related requests.
Manage Jamf for Mac devices, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, applications, compliance and security settings.
Maintain Windows and macOS security, system configurations, updates, endpoint policies, and access controls.
Manage IT asset and infrastructure inventory, including laptops, servers, applications, cloud resources and user access.
Handle daily IT/production support, incidents, maintenance, patching, backups and recovery.
Support security activities including access reviews, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security and VAPT findings.
Automate routine tasks using Bash/Shell, PowerShell and AWS CLI.




Coordinate with developers, users, management and vendors for technical and operational requirements.
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, inventory, access records and infrastructure documentation.
