Job Responsibilities
Handle Domestic & International travel enquiries and client requirements.
Prepare and sell tour packages, quotations and customized itineraries.
Handle client calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, DMCs and other suppliers.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain customer and booking details in the CRM.
Manage existing clients and develop new business prospects.
Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of relevant experience in Travel & Tourism, DMC, Tour Operations or Travel Sales.
Experience in Domestic and/or International travel sales preferred.
Graduate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality,
Hotel Management or a related field.
Strong English & Hindi communication skills.
Positive knowledge of travel destinations, hotels, packages and basic ticketing.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, WhatsApp and CRM.
Robust customer handling, negotiation, follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
