Role & responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Support in the creation of job descriptions and posting on job boards
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
Help with various administrative tasks related to talent acquisition initiatives

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with an engaging and skilled phone manner.
Interpersonal Skills: Enthusiastic, personable, and passionate about networking and connecting with diverse talent.
Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and primary office tools like Google Workspace or MS Office.
