Roles and Responsibilities:

Work with customers to understand current and future

requirements.
Analysing market trends
Find target businesses and decision-makers through cold

calling, emails, and networking.
Attend industry events and build partnerships to secure

recent meetings.
Demonstrate our IT Infrastructure services, cybersecurity

plans, Data Center capabilities and cloud options to

clients.
Work with the technical team to build accurate scopes of

work and pricing quotes.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet monthly

and yearly revenue goals.
Track all calls, meetings, and deals accurately in the

company CRM tool.

Required Candidate Profile





Prior experience (5+ years) working in IT Managed

Services Sales & Marketing.

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and

cybersecurity basics.

• Understanding Market Dynamics and adapting the

current trends with creative methodology.

• Understanding Customer and their requirements.

• Work with technical and engineering teams to design

accurate proposals for clients.

• Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation

abilities.

• Manage contracts, pricing, and final agreements to meet

sales quotas.

• Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related

technical field (or equivalent work experience).
