About the Role

K12 Techno Services, the parent company of Orchids The International School, is one of India's leading K-12 education service providers. We are looking for customer-focused BDAs to drive student admissions by converting qualified leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Parent Counselling: Follow up on leads generated through PROs and marketing campaigns; explain curriculum, facilities, fees and offerings; address queries, counsel parents and schedule campus visits.
Admissions & Conversion:



Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission/revenue targets while ensuring a smooth admission experience and strong parent relationships.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate call, follow-up and admission records in CRM/portal; coordinate with the PRO team and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Skills & Competencies
Excellent English and local-language communication skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation and counselling abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term parent relationships.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
