Handle client meetings and maintain customer relationships.
Monitor daily sales, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
Train and guide Sales Executives/TL.
Coordinate with RM, Telecalling, and other departments.
Prepare daily/monthly sales reports.
Ensure company policies and sales procedures are followed.
