Required 4+ years experience with software development, specifically in MS D365 FO platform
Must have- SM and Implementation experience
Nice to have- Upgrade, Integration experience
Job assignment include Support Enhancement activities of existing application including Project/CR/Upgrade etc (end to end).
Robust understanding in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO framework.
Strong experience in X++/SSRS/AIF/DIXF.
Visual studio IDE.
Strong experience with SQL server, SSIS, SSRS.
Robust Knowledge of Customization, Upgradation and Integration.
Perform technical trouble shooting and provide technical support to customer issues.
Holding relevant certifications is added advantage.

Education Qualification: BE/BTech.

Roles Responsibilities
Demonstrates strong coding skill using Dynamics D365 FO and its related technologies/tools. designing and developing extensions/customizations for Dynamics 365 for Finance and operations.
Collaborate with client technical resources around the definition and implementation of system
integrations.
Develop proof of concept solutions where required.




Management of multiple cloud instances of Dynamics including initial deployment, code releases.
Solve technical issues encountered, raising to Microsoft support as required.
Produces high quality TDD document as per set standards and templates.
Troubleshooting and analysing issues, suggesting solutions, handling clients and conducting UAT/SIT as and when required
Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
Take ownership of projects and provide support for Solution, design, testing and system maintenance
Should have Support Development experience and comfortable to work in SM mode.
Committed ownership Team Player. Technically lead and guide team members.
Expected to be flexible with working hours and capable of working in a process-oriented workplace
