Fixed-Term Employment

Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete factory expansion program from planning through successful execution.
Develop capacity planning models and manufacturing scenarios for future growth.
Design factory layouts with optimized material flow, storage, production efficiency, and operational excellence.
Plan machine procurement, installation, utilities, infrastructure, statutory approvals, and implementation.
Drive factory automation and digitalization initiatives.
Manage project governance, timelines, budgets, quality, and overall CapEx execution.
Coordinate with global headquarters, cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors, and local stakeholders.
Develop investment strategies, business cases, and phased implementation plans.
Prepare the facility for production ramp-up while ensuring operational readiness.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental,



and statutory requirements.

Desired Experience
Proven experience in Factory Planning, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or large-scale CapEx project leadership.
Robust exposure to Greenfield/Brownfield manufacturing projects.
Experience in heavy engineering, mechanical manufacturing, engineered-to-order production, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Expertise in factory layouts, capacity planning, material flow optimization, machine selection, manufacturing process improvement, and automation.
Robust understanding of project management, budgeting, stakeholder management, and manufacturing operations.

Ability to work closely with senior management while maintaining robust engagement with shop-floor operations Role & responsibilities
