Mandatory Skills & Requirements

We are looking for passionate AI Engineers with robust expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Python development. Candidates should possess the following mandatory skills:

Core Technical Skills
Solid proficiency in Python Programming
Experience with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis
Valuable understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and clean coding practices
Experience using Git / GitHub for version control

Machine Learning Skills
Understanding of Supervised and Unsupervised Learning
Experience with Data Cleaning, Data Preprocessing, and Feature Engineering
Knowledge of Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn
Familiarity with Model Evaluation Metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-Score, ROC-AUC,



and RMSE
Exposure to TensorFlow and/or PyTorch

Database Skills
Good understanding of SQL
Ability to write Queries, Joins, and perform Data Retrieval using databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL

Generative AI Skills
Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms
Understanding of Prompt Engineering
Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Familiarity with Embeddings and Vector Databases

Additional Skills (Preferred for Experienced Candidates)
FastAPI / Flask
Deep Learning Architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers)
MLOps Concepts
Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Model Deployment and Monitoring
LLM Fine-Tuning and Agentic AI Applications

Educational Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence.
