Position: GeM Portal Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a GeM Portal Tender Executive responsible for handling the complete tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including tender identification, documentation, bid submission, compliance, and post-bid coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant GeM Tenders/Bids according to company requirements.
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, terms & conditions and submission requirements.
Prepare and compile all required technical and commercial documents.
Prepare BOQ, price bids, declarations, undertakings, certificates and other tender documents.
Ensure timely and accurate online bid submission on the GeM Portal.
Coordinate for EMD, Bid Security Declaration, Performance Security/PBG and other financial requirements.
Handle GeM bid queries, corrigendums, amendments and clarifications.
Coordinate with accounts, operations and management for required documents and pricing.
Maintain proper records of submitted bids, deadlines, bid status and results.




Monitor Technical Evaluation, Financial Evaluation, Reverse Auction and Award/Contract status.
Handle post-award GeM activities including contract acceptance, PBG submission and related documentation.
Coordinate with government departments/buyers regarding tender-related matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable tender conditions and company requirements.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of GeM Portal and Government Tenders.
Robust understanding of tender documentation and compliance.
Positive knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PDF documentation.
Good drafting and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand tender documents carefully.
Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Security Services / Manpower Outsourcing / Housekeeping / Facility Management tenders will be preferred.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in GeM tendering will be preferred.
