Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Source US candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes of US candidates and shortlist them based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening of US candidates and assess communication skills, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between US candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate records of US candidates and update recruitment databases.
Follow up with US candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US candidates.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.





Requirements
Graduate in any field.
0–3 years of recruitment experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in US shifts (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM).
