Role & responsibilities - Handle inbound calls from US customers.
Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
Assist customers with orders, products, payments, returns and related concerns.
Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
Maintain customer information and interaction records in the system.
Follow quality, compliance, productivity and attendance standards.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.

Preferred candidate profile - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Candidates with International Voice / US Voice / International BPO experience preferred.
E-commerce, retail, customer service or inbound voice experience will be an added advantage.




Freshers with robust English communication skills may also be considered.
Valuable listening, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Comfortable handling US customers over voice calls.
Customer-focused, qualified and confident personality.
Basic computer and typing skills.
