Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and execute site works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
Verify levels, measurements, and accuracy of execution.
Manage labor, materials, and other site resources efficiently.
Interpret structural, architectural, and service drawings.
Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, and site documentation.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and resolve on-site issues.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project checklists.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants.

Qualifications




Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience as a Site Engineer.
Solid knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and on-site execution.
Ability to read and interpret working drawings.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
