Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references and consultants.
Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups and joining.
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate pipeline.
Support onboarding and build a solid talent pool.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Robust experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
Excellent communication, sourcing and negotiation skills.
Manufacturing/industrial recruitment experience preferred.
