Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer/client communication in French and Spanish through verbal and written channels.
Read, write, and communicate fluently in French and Spanish.
Translate and interpret business-related information accurately when required.
Respond to queries and provide appropriate support in the respective languages.
Understand and process documents, emails, and other content in French and Spanish.
Maintain accuracy and quality while handling language-specific tasks.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in French and Spanish.
Ensure timely resolution of queries and provide a positive customer experience.
Follow process guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer/business information.
B2-level certification in French and Spanish is preferred/required.
