Role Summary

The Asset Desk Manager will be a dedicated branch-based asset specialist responsible for sourcing, servicing, fulfilment and disbursals across asset products including Retail Assets, Working Capital, Gold Loans, Wheels and other lending products.

Key Responsibilities

Drive asset sourcing through branch referrals, customer footfall and local market development. Own end-to-end case management from lead generation to disbursal. Execute local marketing activities, loan melas and customer acquisition drives. Drive customer deepening and cross-sell initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline. Should have experience in retail assets, working capital, gold loans, vehicle finance or branch banking asset cross sell. Robust knowledge of lending and credit processes is a must.

Reporting Structure

Administrative Reporting: Branch Manager.

Functional Oversight: Zonal One Bank Cross Sell Manager.

Branch Manager will supervise day-to-day activities while Zonal One Bank Cross Sell Manager will provide governance, productivity monitoring and strategic direction.
