About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive dealer network expansion and business growth within the assigned territory. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying potential dealer partners, onboarding new dealerships, developing the channel network, and driving sales performance while ensuring solid dealer engagement and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

Scout, identify, and onboard 2-wheeler EV dealers.
Manage end-to-end dealer setup (solo execution role full ownership).
Drive network expansion across COCO (Company-Owned Company Operated)



and DODO (Dealer-Owned Dealer-Operated) formats.
Ensure dealership performance, sales growth, and smooth operations.
Represent Oben Electric within the assigned region and build solid channel relationships.
Undertake extensive on-ground travel for dealer development and performance monitoring. Requirements:
Experience:

512 years in the 2-wheeler automobile industry.
EV Experience: Recent and relevant experience in the EV sector (mandatory).
Proven track record in channel sales and dealer development.
High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Passion for fieldwork, with a results-driven approach.
