Role & responsibilities

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Solid expertise in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.), agentic AI, and

ML algorithms.
Proven track record of delivering AI solutions for clients, including hands-on experience in

deploying models into production.
Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI

APIs, and other ML libraries.
Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
Experience leading AI hackathons or similar innovation-driven initiatives.

Aiden AI
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to both

technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in agile development enviro
