About the Role
We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client communication and coordination for international operations.
Candidates with experience as a CRM, Customer Support Executive, Client Coordinator, or Operations Executive can apply, provided they have robust English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client communication and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with international clients and internal teams.
Manage day-to-day client requirements and operational activities.
Maintain solid professional relationships with clients.
Handle emails, calls, and other client communication.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve basic client queries and ensure timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
0–3 years of experience in CRM, Client Coordination, Customer Support, or Operations.
Freshers with excellent English communication and a professional attitude may also be considered.
Experience handling international clients or international operations will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Comfortable handling calls, emails, and client interactions.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, fluent in English, and comfortable communicating with international clients.
Candidates with previous experience as a CRM or Operations Executive are encouraged to apply.
