Manage showbiz operations including show scheduling and execution.
Handle POS operations, billing accuracy, cash management, and reconciliations.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
Manage conflict situations with customers and staff professionally.
Lead, supervise, and motivate on-ground teams across departments.
Coordinate with all on-site departments to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and service standards.
Manage stock handling, inventory control, and audits.
Supervise F&B; operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, and service standards.




Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues as required.
Maintain high standards of integrity, discipline, and workplace ethics.
