Job DescriptionRequired Qualifications N4-8 years of hands-on network engineering in enterprise or managed services environments NProduction experience with enterprise switching/routing (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent) and firewall administration NDemonstrated experience supporting voice/RTP traffic and QoS in contact center or UC environments NWorking knowledgeof SD-WAN, IPsec VPN, BGP/OSPF, and network segmentation design NExperience producing audit-ready network documentation and supporting compliance assessments NCCNA or equivalent certification (CCNP preferred) NStrong written and spoken English; all stakeholder communication is with US-based leadership NPreferred NBPO, contact center, or managed services delivery setting background NExposure to Meraki or Ubiquiti UniFi fleets in branch environments NExperience with network automation (Python, Ansible) and infrastructure-as-code practices NPrior work in regulated environments (healthcare, government, financial services)
