NThe role combines Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Content Creation and Interior Design. You will work closely with Design, Sales and Training teams to translate product and process knowledge into practical, easy-to-understand training experiences for design partners. NThe ideal candidate couldcome from an L&D; / Instructional Design background or be a Product/Interior Designer with hands-on teaching or training experience. NnKeyResponsibilities N1. Training Content Creation Nn Own end-to-end creation of training content for Home Interiors design partners. N Develop engaging and practical learning materials including presentations, guides, videos, assessments and reference materials. N Translate complex design, product and process information into simple, learner-friendly content. N Ensure content is accurate, relevant and aligned with business requirements. Nn2. Instructional Design Nn Apply instructional design principles to structure effective learning journeys. N Define learning objectives, content flow and appropriate learning formats. N Develop content based on learner needs and different levels of design-partner expertise. N Continuously improve learning content based on feedback and performance data. Nn3. Stakeholder Coordination Nn Work closely withDesign, Product, Sales, Content Delivery and Training teams to gather inputs required for content development. N Coordinate with subjectmatter experts to validate technical and product information. N Convert stakeholder inputs into structured training modules. Nn4.



ContentPlanning & Launches Nn Own monthly and quarterly training content calendars. N Plan training content around current product launches, processes, tools and business initiatives. N Ensure training material is ready ahead of relevant launches and partner rollouts. Nn5. Training Delivery & Content Quality Nn Support and/or conduct training sessions for design partners. N Work closely with the Sales and Content Delivery teams to identify knowledge gaps. N Gather learner feedbackand identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness. N Establish and maintain standards for training content quality. NnnWhat We're Looking For Nn 2–6 yearsof relevant experience in L&D;, Instructional Design, Training Content Creation or Design Training. N Prior experience in content creation and training delivery. N Strong understanding ofInstructional Design and adult learning principles. N Experience creating presentations, learning modules, training guides, videos or other learning assets. N Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills. N Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage content timelines independently. NnnPreferred Background NCandidates from either ofthe following backgrounds would be relevant: NL&D; / Instructional Design Nn Experience in L&Dcontent; creation and delivery. N Instructional design, curriculum development or training experience. N Experience working withproduct or technical training is an advantage. NnInterior /Product Design Nn Interior Designeror Product Designer with hands-on industry experience. N Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, training or design education. N Strong ability to explain design concepts, products and processes to learners.
