NnnKey Responsibilities Nn Gather and analyze business requirements related to Product Configuration and Sales Order Management. N Configure and support Oracle JDE World Product Configuration modules. N Manage Sales Order lifecycle including order entry, fulfillment, pricing, and invoicing. N Perform fit-gapanalysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business requirements. N Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. N Support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS engagements. N Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), process flows, and test scenarios. N Conduct SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities. N Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements. N Ensure smooth integration with Inventory, Procurement, and Distribution processes Nn
