Job DescriptionWe’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Power & Energy NMasturlal Fabrichem is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Power & Energy to take dedicated ownership of this vertical and drive its next phase of growth. NWe already have an established presence in industrial filtration and a growing base of opportunities across the power sector. We now want someone whose full focus is to expand this business further — by developing existing accounts, opening new plants, building strong customer relationships and converting opportunities into long-term business. NThe role will focus on: N
- Coal-fired power plants N
- Captive and industrial power plants N
- Biomass and thermal power applications N
- Utilities, EPCs and OEMs N
- Waste-to-Energy Plants NThe person will be responsible for: N
- Developing and growing existing key accounts N
- Identifying and openingnew customers and plants N
- Generating new inquiries and building a strong sales pipeline N
- Meeting plant, maintenance, technical and procurement teams N




- Understanding customer applications and working with our technical team on suitable solutions N
- Driving opportunities from initial discussion through technical and commercial closure N
- Travelling extensively to customers and industry locations NWe are looking for someone with strong industrial B2B sales experience, ideally within power plants, pollution-control equipment, industrial filtration, boilers, EPCs, process equipment or related engineered products. NMore than anything, we are looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and hungry to grow a vertical.
