NnKey Responsibilities: NnDebt Fund Raising Nn Submit loan proposals to Banks / Financial Institutions. N Prepare cash flows and business plans for variousprojects. N Follow up with Banksandensure sanctionnotes are submitted to Head Office. N Obtain initial term sheets from Banks.



N Finalize and obtainvaluations and legal opinions of securities/properties. N Ensure required credit ratings for loans. N Maintain and circulate MIS reports periodically on proposals and existing debts. NnnRaising Long-Term Capital Nn Assist in restructuring or pooling of group assetsfor fund raising. N Support structured fund-raising and relatedactivities. N Leverage existing bankingrelationships to optimizefinancial arrangements. NnnOther Responsibilities Nn Coordinate with Banks / FIs / Investorsto ensure timelydisbursements. N Coordinate with internalstakeholders to ensuresmooth process flows. NnnQualifications and Work Experience: Nn Master’s degree with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. N Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. NnnKnowledge, Skills and Competencies: Nn Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. N Excellent communicationskills (written and verbal). N Good understanding of debt instruments and banking processes. N Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage. Nnn
