Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager with extensive experience in executing high-end luxury residential interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must come from a reputed Interior Fit-Out Contracting Company and possess strong contractor-side execution experience.
This role requires a skilled with hands-on expertise in managing turnkey luxury interior fit-out projects for premium residences, including villas, mansions, farmhouses, penthouses, and private luxury homes. Candidates with predominantly client-side, PMC, developer, or civil/structural execution backgrounds will not be considered.
Key Requirements
• 18–20+ years of total experience in Project Execution.
• Minimum 10 years of dedicated experience in luxury residential interior fit-out execution.
• Must currently be working or have worked with reputed Interior Fit-Out Contracting Companies.
• Proven experience in executing ultra-luxury individual residential projects such as:
o Villas
o Mansions
o Farmhouses
o Luxury Private Residences
o Penthouses
• Strong contractor-side execution experience from project mobilisation to handover.
• Experience managing multiple high-value luxury interior projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, bespoke joinery, marble, stone, metal works, decorative finishes, MEP coordination, and premium interior materials.




• Ability to manage project planning, budgeting, procurement coordination, subcontractors, quality control, client coordination, and timely delivery.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of luxury interior fit-out projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and commercial performance.
• Manage project schedules, manpower planning, procurement, and material tracking.
• Resolve site execution challenges and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
• Drive timely project completion and successful handover.
Mandatory Selection Criteria
Candidates will be shortlisted only if they meet all of the following criteria:
• 18–20+ years of pure project execution experience.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on execution in luxury residential interior fit-out projects.
• Must be from an Interior Fit-Out Contracting Company.
• Contractor-side execution experience is mandatory.
• Experience must specifically be in interior fit-out execution—not civil construction, shell & core, or structural execution.
• Candidates with primarily Client-side, PMC, Developer, or Consultant backgrounds will not be considered.
