Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end business analysis for large-scale transformation initiatives within the Life Insurance domain.

- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for Policy Servicing processes and systems.

- Drive transformation programs by identifying process gaps, recommending future-state solutions, and supporting business change.

- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and solution architects to deliver business objectives.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder discussions across global teams.

- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and impact assessments.





- Analyze existing policy servicing workflows and recommend process optimization and automation opportunities.

- Support UAT planning, test scenario creation, defect triage, and business sign-off during project delivery.

- Ensure solutions align with regulatory, operational, and customer servicing requirements within Life Insurance.

- Work across cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-go-live support.

- Provide explicit communication, governance, and progress updates to senior leadership and global stakeholders.

- Support change management and adoption activities for business transformation initiatives.
