Job Description:

Position: EHS Executive

Location: Jhagadia - Ankleshwar

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory requirements, and applicable environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace audits.
- Implement and monitor HIRA, JSA, PTW, LOTO, and other safety procedures.
- Handle chemical safety, hazardous material storage, handling, and transportation practices.
- Monitor PPE compliance and conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and prepare corrective/preventive action reports.
- Monitor fire & safety systems, emergency preparedness, mock drills, and emergency response procedures.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, utility, and other departments for EHS compliance.
- Maintain EHS records, permits, registers, reports, and documentation for statutory inspections.
- Support environmental activities related to ETP, hazardous waste, air emissions, water pollution,



and waste management.
- Coordinate with external agencies and government authorities for EHS-related requirements and inspections.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of chemical handling and process safety.
- Knowledge of HIRA, JSA, PTW, LOTO, Fire & Safety and Emergency Response.
- Understanding of environmental compliance and hazardous waste management.
- Positive communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of applicable Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) and Factory Act requirements will be preferred.
- NEBOSH/IOSH/ADIS or equivalent safety qualification will be an advantage.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical/ADIS+PDIS

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
