This role sits at the heart of our Custody Operations function, ensuring that
our digital asset infrastructure runs with precision, transparency, and zero
tolerance for operational failures.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our
Custody Operations team. You will be responsible for the management of digital
asset custody, settlement processes, and liquidity management across
third-party exchanges and custody platforms.

This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence across:

* Exposure settlement and fund transfer execution
* Liquidity planning and real-time position monitoring
* Proactive risk identification and operational controls

You will work closely with Trade Operations, OTC Desk, Finance, Analytics,
Product, and Engineering teams to ensure our custody infrastructure is
reliable, auditable, and continuously improving.

* Ensure zero settlement failures through disciplined fund transfer and
reconciliation discipline
* Maintain optimal liquidity buffers to support continuous and uninterrupted
exchange operations
* Proactively identify and flag risks before they become operational incidents
* Build robust controls and documentation that scale with the business

This role ensures the Custody Operations function runs with the precision,
accountability, and resilience that the future of digital asset finance demands.

What You'll Do

Custody & Settlement Management

* Execute daily fund transfers to maintain optimal balances across exchange
wallets




* Ensure timely reconciliation of custody positions and settlement
activities, conduct RCAs of identified gaps
* Manage end-to-end exposure calculations and settlement for spot trades
executed on third-party exchanges
* Monitor and maintain adequate liquidity buffers to support continuous
exchange operationsLiquidity Planning & Monitoring

* Develop and implement liquidity forecasting models based on trading
patterns and operational needs
* Proactively plan fund allocation across multiple exchanges to optimise
capital efficiency
* Track real-time liquidity positions and execute rebalancing activities as
neededRisk Management & Controls

* Flag anomalies, threshold breaches, or liquidity shortfalls to relevant
stakeholders
* Implement and maintain operational controls for custody-related processes
* Monitor wallet health, transaction success rates, and settlement exceptions
* Conduct regular checks of custody records and maintain comprehensive
documentationCross-Functional Collaboration

* Collaborate closely with Trade Operations, OTC Desk, Finance, Analytics,
Product, and Engineering teams
* Provide operational insights to support product development and system
improvements
* Work with the Analytics team to develop dashboards and reporting for
custody metrics
* Coordinate with Engineering on system integrations and automation
initiatives

You'll Excel in This Role If You Have

Core Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in operations, finance, treasury, or related
functions
* Strong understanding of financial markets, trading operations, or treasury
management
* Experience with reconciliation, settlement processes, and liquidity
management
* Excellent numerical aptitude and analytical capabilities
* Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data
analysis)
* Ability to work comfortably with data, reports, and operational dashboards




* Proven track record of taking ownership and driving tasks to completion

Preferred

* Prior experience in cryptocurrency / digital asset operations or exchanges
* Familiarity with blockchain technology, wallet management, and crypto
settlement processes
* Background in fintech, trading firms, or payment operations
* Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
* Understanding of risk management frameworks and operational controls

* Dashboards and reports provide real-time visibility into custody health and
liquidity positions
* Cross-functional partners rely on Custody Ops as a trusted, proactive
operational layer
