- Maintain good product knowledge, including sizes, colours, styles, and promotions.
- Ensure proper product display, folding, replenishment, and store VM standards.
- Support stock checking and maintain product availability on the sales floor.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Support billing and POS activities when required.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and inform customers about new collections and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.
- Work effectively with the team to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
