Job Description:

Futurism Technologies is seeking an experienced SCCM to Intune Migration
Engineer/Lead to lead the migration of approximately 6,000 Windows endpoints
from SCCM/GPO-based management to Microsoft Intune, driving

migration planning, execution, stakeholder management, and successful
adoption of a modern cloud-managed endpoint workplace.

Job Responsibilities

Migration Strategy & Planning

* Define and drive the overall SCCM to Intune migration roadmap.
* Develop migration strategies for devices, applications, policies, and
endpointconfigurations.
* Plan and execute phased migration waves for large-scale deployments.
* Lead the transition from SCCM-managed devices to co-management and
ultimately cloud-only management.

Assessment & Solution Design

* Assess existing SCCM infrastructure, Group Policies (GPOs), application
landscape, endpoint security configurations, and identity architecture.
* Design target-state Intune and Endpoint Management solutions.
* Develop migration plans, implementation approaches, testing strategies, and
deployment documentation.
* Conduct stakeholder workshops and obtain required approvals throughout
project phases.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

* Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, Application, Service
Desk, and Business teams.
* Manage communication with leadership and executive stakeholders.
* Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners to ensure
successful project delivery.




* Align migration activities with organizational change management
initiatives.

Migration Execution & Governance

* Oversee pilot deployments and phased rollouts.
* Track migration progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Manage escalations, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
* Ensure successful cutover and stabilization of migrated endpoints.

Risk & Dependency Management

* Identify and mitigate risks related to endpoint migration activities.
* Manage dependencies including:Windows Update for Business
* Hybrid Entra ID to Entra ID migration Certificate-based Wi-Fi and VPN
authentication
* File share and printer access
* GPO-to-Intune policy conversion
* Business-critical application dependencies

Reporting & Documentation

* Maintain project plans, status reports, and migration dashboards.
* Track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs.
* Present project updates to leadership and governance forums.
* Support tenant readiness, licensing reviews, and operational handover
activities.

Change Management & Adoption

* Lead organizational change management activities.
* Drive user communication and adoption strategies.




* Ensure service desk and support teams are prepared for migration.
* Manage knowledge transfer and hypercare support during and after deployment.

* 10+ years of IT Infrastructure / Endpoint Management experience.
* Proven experience leading large-scale SCCM to Intune migration programs.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Management, Security, and Identity
solutions.
* Experience managing enterprise-wide transformations involving 5,000+
endpoints.
